These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BL Digital Studio's website design and development services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BL Digital Studio provides professional website design and development services exclusively for Irish legal professionals, including barristers and solicitors. Our services include:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and ensuring all content complies with professional conduct rules and regulations.
To ensure efficient project delivery and maintain quality standards, our services operate under the following fair use guidelines:
Each package includes 2–4 rounds of content revisions depending on the selected tier. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Changes that significantly alter the original project scope, add new functionality, or require substantial additional development time will be quoted separately.
Client feedback and content provision should be provided within 14 days of request to maintain project timelines.
Major content rewrites beyond initial agreed scope may incur additional charges at €100 + VAT per 500 words.
Requests for new features, integrations, or substantial design changes after initial approval will be treated as additional services.
These guidelines ensure fair resource allocation while maintaining our commitment to quality and timely delivery for all clients.
While we ensure technical compliance with LSRA, GDPR, and WCAG standards, clients remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their content and ensuring ongoing compliance with professional regulations.
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT at the prevailing Irish rate (currently 23%).
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their website content and designs. BL Digital Studio retains rights to proprietary development frameworks and methodologies.
Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
